I think that sometimes when analyze other people's problems, we forget that they're human beings with emotions, feelings, and desires. We get into this mode where we're focusing solely on problem solving. We get too busy yelling at them to sympathize with them. They become less than human to us; more of a test study than a real human being who might be confused and unsure of what to do
